Biomass Carbonization for Biochar Production Process
Biomass Pretreatment: Raw material crushing, sorting, and drying. Impurities and excess moisture are removed (moisture content ≤15%), laying the foundation for efficient pyrolysis carbonization.
Pyrolysis Carbonization: The pretreated biomass is fed into a pyrolysis carbonization furnace. Anaerobic pyrolysis is performed at 400-600℃ under precise temperature control, converting the biomass into biochar and pyrolysis gas.
Biochar Collection: Crude biochar is cooled, crushed, and screened. The resulting biochar product meets customer application standards, possessing high purity and high performance.
Tail Gas and Waste Heat Utilization: Pyrolysis gas is purified and recycled as system fuel. Waste heat is recovered for use in the drying process, achieving energy recycling and environmental protection.
