Semi-continuous Waste Tires Pyrolysis Plant in Australia

April 28, 2025

Two sets of semi-continuous waste tires pyrolysis plant, arrived in Australia in May 2017, including waste tires shredding system, in September, after successful commissioning, the plants have been put into good operation, this is the second project Mingjie Implemented in Australia.

We equip the pyrolysis equipment with an advanced flue gas purification system. A series of filters are used to remove harmful pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter. The purified gas is discharged in compliance with emission standards, reducing the impact on air quality.

The owner of the plant Mr. Alex is satisfied with the plant, Australia has very strict requirement for environmental regulations, but Mingjie plants totally meet the local requirement for emission, in Chinese market, there is so many suppliers, it is very important for the clients to choose the right one, less problems means more profit. As recycling machinery to eliminate the solid waste, when getting profit for the clients, we also do not creat any secondary pollution.

Application of Waste Pyrolysis Technology in Australia

The application scope of waste pyrolysis technology in Australia is gradually expanding, covering multiple fields such as municipal solid waste and biomass. For example, pyrolysis carbonization plants convert forestry waste and sludge into biochar.

Although Australia's waste pyrolysis projects have faced some challenges in the past, the number has gradually increased in recent years. For example, there are several waste-to-energy projects under construction or operation in Western Australia. In addition, there are also related pyrolysis waste-to-energy projects in planning or implementation in Victoria, New South Wales and other places.

Development Trend of Pyrolysis Waste-to-Energy Projects

As the Australian government pays more attention to the circular economy and environmental protection, it is expected that more policies will be introduced to support the development of waste pyrolysis technology. For example, financial support, tax incentives, and clearer regulations and standards will be provided to guide and regulate the development of the industry.

Waste pyrolysis technology may be combined with other waste treatment and energy production technologies to form a more efficient integrated treatment system. For example, the integration of pyrolysis with biological treatment, gasification and other technologies can achieve multi-level utilization of waste and maximize energy recovery.

Skid-mounted pyrolysis equipment can operate on a smaller scale. More small-scale and distributed waste pyrolysis equipment may appear in the future. These facilities can be closer to the source of waste generation and reduce waste transportation costs. At the same time, it can better meet the personalized needs of different regions.
