Process Description

Shred the raw material smaller than 20mm, then transfer to the dryer to reduce the moisture.

Drying the raw material by the two stages dryer, make the moisture content below 20%

Feed the shredded and dried material into inner layer of carbonization reactor for further dewatering and preheating the material.

Carbonizing- Material move from inner layer of reactor to the outer layer reactor and for carbonization. The reaction temperature can start at 280℃ and Maximum temperature could be 600 degree. can start at 280℃ and Maximum temperature could be 600 degree.

Material release syngas during the carbonization process, after the purification, the syngas will be recycled as fuel for carbonization reactor heating and the first dryer heating.

The hot smoke from reactor furnace will be used as hot source for second dryer.

To pyrolysis, dehydrogenation, condensation and hydrogenation of aromatic compounds generated in the previous process.
