The pyrolysis reactor is the core component, which adopts a sealed design. In order to ensure that the pyrolysis process is carried out under oxygen-free or anoxic conditions. The reactor body is usually made of stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. A heating device and a stirring device are installed inside to heat the medical waste evenly and improve the pyrolysis efficiency.

The feeding system is used to feed medical waste into the pyrolysis reactor in batches and in quantitative quantities. The feeding system includes feeding hopper and conveying belt. The hydraulic auto feeder can realize automatic feeding and reduce manual operation.

The carbon black produced after pyrolysis is discharged from the furnace through the discharging system. The auto screw slag discharging system ensures that there will be no leakage of hot gas and pollutants during the discharging process.

The gases produced during pyrolysis contain certain harmful substances, such as dioxins, nitrogen oxides, and sulfur oxides. The gas purification system is used to treat these gases to meet environmental emission standards. Common purification equipment includes cyclone separators, bag filters, activated carbon adsorbers, wet dust collectors, etc.

The combustible gas produced by pyrolysis is further burned in the waste combustion chamber. The combustible gas is fully burned, releasing more heat, and also helps to reduce the generation of harmful substances.
